Pagi yang menyihatkan?

Monday blues dtg lagi!tapi bukan bgi cik wawa and friends 23 sbb pe?sbb class cancel pagi ni...hihihi 46 so,ape yg kitorg buat adelah...berjogging...yeah...sihat x,sihat x?tepuk2..pukul 7.30 pgi lagi kitorg da gerak pegi track..lpas warm up sket2..kami pon memulakan per'jogingg'an kami...2 round tasik..err..actually 1 round tu cik wawa jogging...yg 2nd tu jalan yg bnyak...pancit dowh!44 




Pukul 8.30 kami pon gerakla balik bilik...okay..skrg moh kite breakfast dgan Nestle Fitnesse SHAPE UP! 32
